All items not in stock will be available to ship within 3-4 weeks .Please understand, all my work is made to order

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/Repairs:

I want you to be happy w/ your purchase..please read all policies prior to purchasing!

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt for CREDIT only in my shop, minus original shipping and insurance costs. Please insure anything you send, as I cannot be responsible for anything lost in transit that is being returned to me. Please send me a convo so I can be on the lookout for any packages!

WARRANTY:
I stand behind the quality of my work. If you are dissatisfied due to defects in workmanship and/or materials, I will complete any repairs free of charge

RETURNS:
-For stock items, I have a exchange only policy.
-For custom designed items, I have a no return/no refund policy.
-For custom ring sizes (This is what yours would be), I have a partial refund policy. I try to describe things very accurately, give accurate measurements and supply multiple image views so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy it. If you are dissatisfied simply because you do not like the design, I can not honor a full refund. Partial refunds (usually 50%) may be honored to cover the cost of the material.

Most repairs are done at no charge. Please contact me first for details.

-All jewelry comes in a box, with my logo.
-Free polishing cloth with orders over $150
-My jewelry is guaranteed for life, under normal wear and tear. If you are purchasing a ring, be confident that I am committed to working with you to get the sizing correct!
