Thank you for your interest in PTSArt!

I take great care in documenting all items as accurately as possible. It is worth noting that every computer monitor interprets colors differently, therefore pieces may vary slightly from what you view on your computer. I am always happy to answer your questions and give you additional info if particular colors need to be verified. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Payment

I accept all methods of payment, though for quicker shipment PayPal comes in very handy. International purchases require PayPal payment. All items shipping within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

Please only make a purchase if you are sure you would like the item. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me before you buy, as all sales are final.

Shipping

I ship insured, USPS Priority. Domestic destinations typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days. International destinations take a little longer depending on location.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. I meticulously package all artwork so that it arrives in pristine condition. If for any reason, a damage in shipping occurs, please contact me. I will make arrangements for either a replacement or a reimbursement and will require proof of damage.
