Welcome to my shop! I am very inspired by old, vintage things as well as colors in nature. I hope you enjoy looking at my creations, please let me know if I can help design something perfect for you!

Payment

You may only pay with PayPal in my shop. I will speak with you about your design and we will agree on a payment schedule. I generally ask for items under $300 up-front and items over $300, we can do a down payment to reserve a spot in my schedule and the balance plus the shipping before I ship the item.

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. If I haven't started on your item yet, I can refund your payments, but if I have already started, I may only be able to refund a portion of your payments. I will only keep enough to cover the cost of materials.

Shipping

For items in the U.S. I will ship via Priority Mail. Items shipped out of the U.S. will be shipped via First Class Mail. Shipping and handling is charged differently for each item depending on it's weight and how it needs to be packaged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items under $300 can be returned or exchanged if you receive the item and it isn't right or doesn't fit right. You have 3 days from the day it arrives to contact me and send it back. If the item arrives in the same condition as I sent it, I will refund your money.

Items over $300 have the same return policy as above however only 75% of the price can be refunded. 25% of the price will not be refunded to cover the materials.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Alterations to the style and fit may or may not be included in the price. Each item is different and I can give you specifics about this as we talk about your design.
