Shipping

Items are shipped via UPS ground. Alternate shipping is available to track your package but may increase shipping costs, in these cases your payment will be held in escrow until the package arrives at the final post office before delivery.
If the package does not reach it's postal destination your account will NOT be charged.

Refunds and Exchanges

Pieces can be returned within 60 days for replacement or repair, or credited to the price of other Juxtapose jewelry items.

Since all of our jewelry is one of a kind, an item of replacement you may receive will not be identical to your initial purchase. You may request the same design or choose and item of equal value from our gallery. If the price of the pre-made replacement is lower than your first purchase the difference can be applied to any future purchases from JG.

Conversely, the jewelry pictured in the galleries is exactly what you will receive.
