Payment

Domestic buyers (UK only) can use any of the payment options on offer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please choose the option "Other". I will convo you back to make the necessary arrangements.

International buyers should use PayPal only until further reliable options become available. You don't need to sign up to Paypal to use this service, and can pay directly through the site by credit card.

Items will be packaged and posted within 3 days of cleared funds being received.


DOWN-PAYMENTS

An Artwork is truely invaluable and I appreciate that many of you may want to purchase an item from the shop, but cannot pay the entire amount straight away. If this applies to you, please contact me to arrange a payment policy (no interest or additional costs involved).

My basic policy consists of three "evenish" payments:
1st Payment - 30% of cost
2nd Payment - 30% of cost
Final Payment - 40% of cost plus postage.

If you change your mind after making any payments, these will be refunded to you in full subject to any admin costs incurred. Such costs will be mutually agreed before the refund is processed.

Shipping

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped using the Royal Mail's Airsure service (international purchases) or Royal Mail's Registered Post Service(domestic purchases). They usually take between 3 -7 working days to reach their destinations. If you require a quicker delivery time, please convo be before making your purchase so I can provide you with a new shipping quote.


If you require something to be sent as a gift, please inform Melanie at the time of placing your order.

All domestic items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and usually requires a signature upon receipt. Therefore please provide an appropriate address for delivery where a signature can be obtained.

Other methods of shipping are available -especially for international shipping. Please convo me or include a note with your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

My Refunds and Exchange policy is simple:

As long as an item has been returned in a good condition (at your own cost), I will process the refund for the actual cost paid for the item within 24 hours of receiving it back. This does not include any Post & Packaging fees previously paid.

to discuss your concerns and agree a process for handling your issue.

TIPS:
- If you don’t have time to buy a present, request a framed Card. For a little extra, this is a wonderfully personal way of letting someone know that they’re special. All frames are custom decorated to give that added sense of uniqueness.
- To avoid a heart attack or aneurysm, please keep the wire cards out of the reach of young children. They appreciate the colours and fine detailing too!
