Payment

I accept Paypal which allows you to use credit card payment. It's easy, secure and fast, and you don't even need a Paypal account. Just follow the instruction on the checkout page and you will realize how easy it is!

Please pay within 3 days of checkout. Unpaid orders will be notified and canceled after 72 hours.

Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped within 24 hours of the payment via Canada Post. It usually takes 6-12 days for delivery, depending on your location.

I try to ship every order via regular Lettermail or Light Packet which significantly lower the shipping rate. However, these methods are not trackable and I can not be responsible for items lost during shipping. If you want to add insurance to your order, please convo me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact me within 14 days of purchase for return or exchange. I will refund the full price including original shipping cost for all returned orders. Please note that the return postage will not be reimbursed unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake made by us.
