Payment

I prefer Paypal as method of payment but will take other forms. For checks or money orders though, you must give time for depositing at the bank and clearance of funds before shipping can occur.

Shipping

I use first class or priority mail. I don't always calculate postage right, but if I am under in my calculation, I pay the difference. If I am way over on my calculation, more than $1, I will refund the money to you in whatever form of payment you used, just let me know. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling does include a $.50 for packaging, the rest should be straight shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not take returns unless there was some misommunication on my part or some flaw in the product. I try to be very accurate in my descriptions of pieces. I also test my products regularly. For examply, if it is a necklace, you can be assured I have worn the same basic design to test durability. However, if a piece should break through no fault of your own (they are glass, so don't throw them) I will be glad to discuss an exchange.
