Thank you so much for stopping by my brand new shop, opened on April 5th, 2008. I am so very excited to be here at Etsy and I hope it shows in my listings.

I am so proud of my cottage loft and I hope your experience with me is so wonderful that not only do you come back, but you tell all your friends about me, too! Should you refer someone to me and they make a purchase, please let me know. I do so love to give referral gifts!

Payment

1. I accept the following methods of payment:
~PayPal
~RME (Revolutionary Money Exchange)

2. Payments should be received within 3 business days from sale date or the transaction will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements are made.

I love RME payments! If you wish to pay using RME, please click "other" during checkout and I'll send you an invoice. This is so easy to use. If you haven't signed up yet, please convo me for a link. If you use me as your referral, I'll send you an extra special gift with your purchase!

If you are new to paying with either of these payment methods, please let me know and I'll help you through the process.

Shipping

I usually ship purchases within two business days of the receipt of your payment, excluding holidays and weekends. (Custom orders will be shipped in accordance to the specifics discussed between me and you. I always ship as quickly as possible.)

I am oh-so-happy to combine shipping costs for you and please note that alot of my items are only 1 penny to add to your order! I love to save you money on shipping!!

I am happy to ship internationally and if you do not see your country on the listing, please convo me for a shipping quote.

**Please be certain your address on etsy and on your payment method are correct! If I have sent a package to your address on file and it is returned to me as an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping.**

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with any of my shops - The Cozy Loft, The Owl Barn or paintinggirl. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know upon receipt of your package. The original purchase should be returned to me within 2 weeks of the sale date for a refund or exchange. Original shipping costs to you and the shipping cost you incur to send the item back to me is not refunded unless there is a defect in an item. Refunds and exchanges will be given upon my receipt and examination of the item.

There are no refunds on custom orders - those sales are final.

I strive to give you the best possible quality product and take special care in each and every item I create. I hope that there would never be a problem, but I want you to know that I will take care of you if there happens to be one!

In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me. The purchase will be investigated to the best of my ability and this will be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Here at the Cozy Loft, I am very concerned about being eco-friendly. I don't care for "big box" stores. I love handmade, quality items that are environmentally friendly.

~~~Custom Orders~~~

Custom orders are always welcome! If you see something in my sold items or available items (or new ideas are welcome, too!) that you would like to order a large quantity of or would like in different colors/styles, please contact me and I'll be happy to see if I can accomodate your request. I'd love to work with you and create something just for you!


~~~Cleaning and Other Instructions For My Goods~~~

~Glass and Ceramic handpainted items may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap after they have sat in your home for several days. Temperatures can be extreme during shipping and this would allow your new glass item to settle nicely.

~Other handpainted items may be gently cleaned/dusted with a clean dry cloth.

~Rag Quilt Bags may be washed on gentle and tumble dryed on low.

~All pillows may be spot cleaned only with a lightly damp cloth.

~Sachet pillows may be pinched gently to refresh fragrance.

~~~Gift Wrapping & Tags~~~
I will work with you to create a beautiful gift, wrapped in coordination with the item you are purchasing. Please contact me for details, choices and more information. These are always fun to do!

Please note that all sachet pillows may vary in price. Some fabrics are much more costly than others and prices reflect that in my shop. I always strive to give you the best quality products at the best prices. Thank you so much for your business!
