All my pieces are designed and handcrafted by thyself!!! Materials are personally selected, thus rest assure they are of the highest quality!

Payment

Please kindly make payment within Three (3) days of your order.

Shipping

All purchases will be ship within three (3) working days once payment is received.

Packaging:
I love to package!! No expense will be spare to protect my precious handcrafted jewellery. If is a present for a special person, please let me know and I will package accordingly.

Smaller items will be safely packed and mailed in a padded envelope, larger items will be gift boxed and mailed in a padded box!

Singapore customers:

Please convo me directly for local Singapore postage fees.

International customers:

FREE SHIPPING - Total purchased value $450 or more.

Items will be shipped by registered mail which means signature will be require upon receival. (Tracking code included!) - this acts as a security.

Should DHL worldwide express with insurance services is required, please kindly contact me for a quotation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:
I do accept returns within 5 days of your purchase, Items has to be returned in its original conditions, new and unused!!

Refunds: Please contact me to request for a refund. Refunds will be issued LESS shipping cost
Custom Orders: No Returns nor Refunds but will be redesigned and restyled to satisfy your liking.

NOTE:: My pieces are very precious to me, thus EXTREME precautions will be taken in my packaging to prevent any damages to my pieces sold. In the event that damage occurs during shipment, seller will not be in responsible. But please contact me if this does happen!! Hope not!!!
