Payment

Payment in full is required before I ship or start printing (for custom orders).

Deliveries to New York State addresses are subject sales tax. Sorry, I hate it too but it's the law. If you need this item shipped to New York, please wait for a revised invoice before paying.

Shipping

Shipping via USPS.

If you are in New York City save money and fossil fuels: convo me for pick-up/delivery options!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with your order, return it for a refund (less the shipping costs).

Note: I will do my best to catch typos in your custom order text but if you make a mistake when sending it to me, I cannot offer a refund. Fair is fair. Of course, if it is my mistake I will refund or reprint, as you like!
