Payment

PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD THROUGH PAYPAL.

Prompt payment really appreciated :)
Buyers are required to complete the payment within 3 days of purchase. All order will be package & ship after completion of payment received.

I have to cancel the order if in within 7 days I 'm not received any confirmation or payment from you.

Shipping

# I SHIP WORLDWIDE from INDONESIA to your ETSY ADDRESS.

If you are in hurry for some reason please let me know and I will make a special shipping schedule for you :)

# All my item is LIST & SEND WITH REGULAR AirMAIL.

if you like to ship using REGISTER mail ( Manually tracking ), please contact me BEFORE you place an order. Register mail will need an extra cost $1.95 and your sign to received the item :)

# Shipping normally takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Every country may varies due to the package origin and destination and in some case several issues may delay the shipping so please be patience...

# Any/All applicable customs fees, taxes, receiving fees or duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

*******PACKAGING

All items are always CAREFULLY PACKAGE covered with re-sealable plastic sleeve, with/between back rigid cardboards or bubble wrap in an envelope.

I use reusable/recycle ( As often as I can ) or new material to backup the item.

I also put a "DO NOT BEND" sticker on every package. So please note that once I shipped the item I no longer responsible and can't control what might happen during the shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If in any case you have a problem with your lost (not receive the package after 2 months) or damage item contact me IMMIDIATELY, I can give a refund ( minus the shipping cost ).


***Return acceptable if I made mistake shipping the wrong item to the buyer.
