PRINTS & CARDS
I have a main website at www.nancyfarmer.net and if there's anything image there that you'd like that I haven't put on Etsy, please contact me and I can list it for you. Likewise, I can usually list smaller and larger prints of the same image, unless it's reserved as a limited edition.

ORIGINALS
I hope, in due course, to list some small originals on Etsy. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Payment

I can accept PayPal payments in American Dollars, Pounds Sterling, and Euros.
I also accept payments by cheque (check) or Postal Orders, provided they are in Pounds Sterling ONLY. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, this is also possible, but please note that if the bank is not a UK bank you may be charged a fee, and international bank transfers aren't usually a good way of sending small payments.

Shipping

PRINTS, CARDS AND REPLACEABLE ITEMS
Very few items are ever lost in the post, and as a result my policy is that I would rather replace lost or damaged items and cover the cost myself, than pay for every item to be tracked and insured. So all replaceable items (i.e. non-originals) are covered by my assurance to replace anything where necessary.

I ship inland by Royal Mail First Class post, overseas by Airmail. I may add insurance and/or tracking to the parcel, but, as stated above, this is so that I can re-claim the cost myself if I need to replace anything.

ORIGINALS
Shipping of originals are considered case-by-case. I ship very few originals, and always with insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

PRINTS, CARDS AND REPLACEABLE ITEMS
If you are not happy with an item, please contact me. I will replace or refund damaged or lost items. These will be dealt with case-by-case, but in general items that you do not want (but are undamaged) must be returned to me first, damaged items may be replaced without first being returned, unless they are limited editions. I will refund the return shipping unless there is nothing wrong with the item.

ORIGINALS
Originals will always be covered in the case of damage or loss. I will accept returns, but will not be able to refund shipping, unless the item is returned because if damage.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
I can provide wholesale prices for large orders. This is generally 20+ cards or 10+ prints. For smaller multiple purchases I can usually offer a small discount on request.
