Payment
PAYMENT
Payment must be made in full before the item is shipped. Paypay E-checks are accepted but I do not ship until the payment clears. If the paymentdoes not clear, I will have to cancel the order. If you are experiencing a problem with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to please you!
NON PAYMENT
If you change your mind, it's OKAY! Just let me know and I can cancel the transaction. No harm done. Don't worry, I don't leave negative feedback if you contact me about wanting to cancel the transaction. If I don't hear from you in 2 weeks, I'll most likely convo you first to make sure you still want the item. If I receive no response in a timely manner, I will reluctantly leave negative feedback. With so many tools here on Etsy and the friendly atmosphere, there should be no reason for this...so don't make me come get you! :)
Shipping
SHIPPING
I do not ship until I receive payment in full. I use USPS First Class, Priority Mail, and Media Mail. I try to ship twice a week so the sooner you submit payment, the sooner you'll receive your item. However, there are occasional times where my home and work schedule does not allow me to get out to the post office in a timely fashion. If this happens, I will notify you of the delay with lots of apologies. What can I say, I'm a busy working mom...please understand. :) I always ship to the address provided on the Etsy transaction receipt. If you would like me to ship to any other address, please specify in the "Notes to Seller" when checking out or send me a Convo. If you feel you've been grossly overcharged on shipping, please let me know and I'll look into the matter and possibly issue a partial refund.
PACKAGING
I try my best to re-use packaging when I can. You might find your goodies wrapped in brown paper that comes from grocery bags...but don't worry, I only get them when I forget my canvas bags! I'm also a huge fan of re-using tissue paper from gifts so don't be surprised to find Christmas colors all year round! I encourage everyone to do the same, so please, if you can, re-use the envelopes and paper that I ship your items in.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I have an open mind and I deal with refunds and exchanges on an individual basis. So, if you are unhappy for any reason, please convo me so we can resolve the issue quickly. Before considering leaving negative feedback, convo me and I will do everything in my power to make you 100% satisfied. In the event of a return or exchange, I will reimburse only the value of the item, not including shipping or paypal fees.
