Welcome

Welcome - I try to ensure that each handmade treasure listed in my shop is something special for someone special. The proceeds from some items listed go to Rotary Australia World Community Service Projects in developing countries.

Payment

The preferred payment method is credit card via PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this method. (This method also ensures the quickest possible delivery.)

Australian customers, I will also accept money orders and direct deposit in local currency. Please contact me for further information.

A purchase may be cancelled if payment is not received within seven days of ordering.

"Lay by" arrangements / part payments can also be made by contacting me and negotiating a suitable plan.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Lambton, NSW, Australia via Australia Post - domestic post within Australia and air mail internationally.
Estimated time of delivery within Australia (depending on the state) is 1-4 days.
Estimated time of delivery to most other countries is 7-10 days.
All purchases are posted within 24 hours of receving payment. Once the item has been posted and each buyer is notified of that date, I cannot be responsibile for any delays in delivery.

All purchases are packed in post office recommended packaging for the safest possible delivery.

Items will be gift wrapped and sent to a person other than the purchaser for no additional cost if a special request is made.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a genuine complaint about a faulty item or it differs from its description, it should be reported to me immediately and a refund will be negotiated via Paypal.
If the item is considered not appropriate for its purpose (eg wrong colour, unwanted gift etc), I will exchange it or offer a credit on another purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders are welcome. Each item listed in my shop is unique and while I cannot guarantee I can make something exactly the same, I can usually fufil individual requests.
