welcome to my shop. hope you will like it and enjoy your time here. you will find mainly sterling silver jewellery, but as i am a very creative person i will be adding other goods too.it all depends on your demand.

Payment

i accept paypal, you do not need paypal account to be able to use it. you can also use your debit or credit card on paypal website to pay for your purchases in my shop.
buyers from slovakia and UK can also pay directly into my bank account, please contact me for my bank details.

Shipping

i ship first class by slovak post. i include insurance too.

Refunds and Exchanges

your satisfaction with my products is very important to me, if for any reason you are unhappy, i will gladly refund your purchase less shipping charges, if you return it unused and undamaged, postmarked within 20 days of my shipping date

Additional Policies and FAQs

some pieces are created to order and therefore please allow 7 days for dispatch. it may be that i don’t need that long and i will send your goods as soon as possible, that`s my promise.
i am happy co create custom items for you, please convo me and i will be happy to assist you with the design and handmake it for you.
