Hand made: hand made (adjective):made with a person's hands or with tools held in the hands, rather than by machines. UNIQUE.

According to "Roget's II: The New Thesaurus" Unique is an adjective meaning, 'without equal or rival'.

All handmade gifts are special & uniue in their own way. They're matchless in the time you've spent to find it for someone you expressly care about. A hand made gift is incomparable to anything else they've every gotten! After all, it's something you've spent time finding especially for them!


I love hand made things, I'm sure that you will too!

Payment

My favorite form of payment is PAYPAL! As soon as paypal informs me that payment has been remitted I'll ship out your purchase a.s.a.p! I am asking paypal payments to be remitted no later than 72 hours after your purchase is made.

Money orders are accepted too. They must be received within 7 days (including Saturday & Sunday) after purchase. Once your money order clears my bank account, then I'll ship out your purchase a.s.a.p! Most likely the same day:)

I do not offer a cancellation policy. If you need a bit longer to remit payment please convo me & we can work something out.

Shipping

Depending upon when payment is received, I usually ship out the same day. I know you want to get your stuff as fast as possible & I want you to be happy!

All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service.

Priority Mail is my preferred way to ship as it allows you to get your goods in 2 - 3 business days. Delivery confirmation service is already included in this method of shipping. It's my fave!

If the item is heavy then I could use Parcel Post to get you a cheaper rate, but you will have to purchase delivery confirmation service ($ .75)also. If you'd like this option please convo me for a rate prior to bidding so you'll have all the necessary information.

If the item is FRAGILE:

You'll have to purchase postal insurance (about $1.65) along with delivery confirmation service ($ .75), if you'd like it shipped out Parcel Post. If you want it shipped out Priority Mail you'll just have to pay for the postal insurance ($1.65).

I always base shipping on the items actual weight & combine when able to save you some buckage so you can shop more!

Currently I don't ship out internationally.

Refunds and Exchanges

First & foremost I want you to be happy with your purchase, come back & shop with me again, and tell all yer buddies 'bout me, 'kay! So I've developed a few hints and the following Refund Policy to make things run as smooth as my naked cat's behind! Here we go:

Please make sure you use all measurements given in the discription & compare it to a piece of clothing you already love & are comfy in.

There are NO returns on any of my hats for sanitary health reasons. They are all final sales.

Special orders are non-refundable. I make sure before I begin any order that I understand your requirements thoroughly. (ie: style, colors, decorations, measurements needed...)

If your purchase arrives and it is damaged and you have purchased postal insurance: I will refund your purchase price,
and the shipping you paid, and the cost of shipping it back to me.

Color issues (all computer monitors render colors fairly accurately), sizing abnormalities (that's why I state all measurements for you), and the 'it didn't get here on time' issue (Prioriy Mail takes care of that one!) are all UNEXCEPTABLE reasons for a return & won't be honored.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available & desired! They usually take me about 4 days to complete depending on design and material availability. Please convo me for any custom orders or questions! Many of my hats, scarves, and other items can be shipped together for a great rate as I combine shipping :)!
