I love to create beatiful things, and I love that these creations can make other people happy as well.

Payment

For payment, I accept Paypal, which includes credit cards. With Paypal service, you can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your orders.

If you would like to pay with either Money Order or Personal Cheque, please send me a message and we can set that up. I will wait to ship your purchase until your payment has cleared.

Shipping

I aim to ship all items within 48 hours of the order, but sometimes because of weekend and holidays it may take up to 72 hours. In most cases though, the item is shipped the following day. I will notify the buyer when purchase has been shipped.

I ship all items via Canada Post regular mail. If you wish to receive your package quicker, for an extra shipping fee, I can send it express post.

I am not responsible for any misdirected or lost packages. However, if you have not received your package, please send me a message and we can try to work out what happened and determine what steps we will undergo together. Please note I charge actual shipping on combined purchases - if actual shipping is more than a dollar less than the amount charged I will refund the difference through paypal.

USA & International Customers:
Please be aware that all USA and International customers may be subject to duties/taxes by your local authorities. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional fees. Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me. I would love to have the opportunity to make things right, by working with you to solve the issue. This could be done in several ways, including a refund to you (less the shipping), or I send you a replacement (once I've received the item in question back). Please contact me prior to filling out feedback.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Pricing does change from time to time. When you place an order with us, you agree to the price and items indicated on our site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store are not refundable.

Some items in my shop are one of a kind, such that I am not able to replicate them (due to limited supplies). If there is something you would like in multiples, please message me, and I will check my supplies to see if I can meet your request.
