Fafnir's Shop Policies

Welcome

Thanks for looking at my shop. All of my items are hand made and one of a kind. I work in a studio that I share with 5 other artists in my home town of Turners Falls, MA.
I strive for colors, shapes and designs that are fresh, sometimes jarring and (hopefully) exciting to gaze at for extended periods of time.

Payment

I accept Paypal and Money Orders. Please pay in a timely manner.

Shipping

I will ship your order to you within 3 days of payment. I ship everything USPS unless other arrangements have been made. Recycled materials are used in shipping whenever possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because all of my items are hand made and one of a kind, I cannot accept any refunds or exchanges unless your item actually arrives damaged in some way. I want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is any uncertainty about whether or not you are going to like an item, please contact me. I can send you additional images or we can talk about a commissioned work to suit your needs.
