Growing up in a small town with meager surroundings gives a person a sense of resourcefulness... At least it did me. Long gone are the days of turning sheets... oh, look how far we've come! Maybe that's why I adore creating a beautiful thing from items I rescue. I love that sense of satisfaction I get when I see the piece evolve into something grand. From something very ordinary into something extra-ordinary!
I sincerely hope you feel that way about at least one of my pieces..

Payment
PayPal
Payment must be received within 5 business days, after that I will be forced to re-list the item. The reason for this is that the moment you purchase an item, it is removed from my shop so no one else will see it. It's kinda like if you take advantage of the lay-away option at a local department store. It's taken off the shelf until full payment is recieved. If full payment is not recieved in a specified period of time they place the item back on the shelf.
Shipping
I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The only exception is if you order on a Saturday or Sunday, then I ship the following Monday.
I will recycle anything so you never know what you will receive your item in. I always use carefully inspected, adequately secure, clean containers and packing materials.
Once again don't forget that every shipment receives a FREE GIFT! When you order type me a message as to whether the gift should be for a child, male or female... or an adult, male or female.
If you have any special requests regarding the shipping/delivery of your item, please convo me immediately before and/or after ordering. It's very important to me that you receive your order expeditiously.
I only ship to the buyer address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Hopefully you will be so happy with your Maxine that you could not imaging the mere thought of having to return her. But... if you do have some problem, convo me and we will discuss it. I take great care in the description of each item so there won't be any surprises. What you see is exactly what you get. If you like what you see you will love what you get!
Also I take great care that every one of my seams are secure and complete. This includes all aspects of construction including embellishments. So unless you abuse my garment and if you follow the care instructions I send with each individual item it should be just fine. If by some chance something fails and it is not your fault I will be happy to discuss how to resolve the issue. It is important to me that you are happy.
I am not responsible for damaged items during shipping.
This is because I also take great care in packing each item according to their individual characteristics, ie: shape, weight, delicacy, beading, embellishments and all manner of other protrusions.
I have no control over lost items. In the unfortunate event that it does happen I will do everything I can to track down the lost item.
