Hello! Thanks for dropping by.

I love creating and working with my hands, and have been dabbling in various art forms for many years. I design and draw everything you see in my shop - characters and boxes. Each drive is also made by me, so you can be guaranteed of personalized care and attention to every stitch and detail, every time.

I always try my very best to make my customers as happy as I possibly can! Happy customers make my day. I am always open to discussion, so feel free to contact me if you have any special request or circumstance.

Payment

I currently take only PayPal from international customers (ie. those not based in Singapore).

Singaporean shoppers, I heart you too and I take DBS/POSB fund transfers, and interbank transfers in SGD. Exchange rate is USD$1 = SGD$1.4. Just click on "Other" at the checkout and drop me a note.

Payment is due within 3 days of ordering. I will not send out your item until I receive payment.

Please contact me if you would like to cancel your transaction for any reason.

Shipping

All my pieces are sent in a bubble mailer.

I ship all international packages by registered airmail, with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

I ship larger packages and purchases totalling more than USD50 by registered mail, which requires a signature on delivery.

If you would like your smaller packages to be registered also (this requires a signature upon delivery), it is available for an additional US$1.50. Drop me an email early!

No meet-ups for local buyers please, unless you are purchasing more than USD50 in total. But if you like, you can drop by my place to pick up your package.

I can usually send out your order within 1-2 days of payment clearance (note: if your PayPal payment is funded by a credit card or echeck, instead of an existing balance, this may take a few days). If your Paypal address is unconfirmed or different from the one Etsy provides, I'll convo you to confirm.

I make it a point to email you with the date the package is sent out, so you can look out for it.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

If you have a special request, like express delivery, convo me and I'll see what I can do. This usually entails some sort of international courier service and can be quite costly.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have not received your package within 4 weeks of shipment date, or if any item reaches you damaged, please let me know asap.

I'm happy to take returns and exchanges on defective merchandise within 30 days of shipping date (not purchase date). For exchanges, I'll refund you the cost of the item, but not the shipping charge. You'll also have to bear the cost of sending the package back, as well as any differences in price.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'm open to custom or bulk orders, although I can't promise to fulfil every request I get. I do love making caricature one-offs though, so do drop me a note ad a photograph/description of wat you have in mind if you're interested.
