We Make is a collaboration of some of the most inspiring and exciting UK designers.

Payment

Payment is made via Paypal - if you are having any issues with paypal, or any part of the transaction, please contact us.

Shipping

Items are usually posted the following day excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Packages sent within the United Kingdom are sent by First Class Post, whilst worldwide packages are sent by Airmail and should be with you from 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days worldwide. Proof of Postage is always obtained.

Items are sent to the address specified on Etsy.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with your purchase, so if you have any issues, please contact us in the first instance.

If you change your mind about a purchase we are happy to refund the purchase price if it is returned to us in the same condition it left and is resellable. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

As we are a collaboration of artists, we are unable to accept custom orders via this shop - however many individual members do accept custom orders and therefore we ask that you approach the individual designers directly.
