Payment

* All prices are quoted in USD.

*I accept only Paypal payment for domestic and international transactions. Credit/Debit Card users may make payment thru Paypal. Sorry to say that I don't accept e-chek at this moment.

*Import duty, custom fees, tariffs etc will be borned by buyer. Please check with your local post office or Custom for further information.

*Order will be cancelled if payment do not receive within 2 days.

Shipping

*I will ship from Malaysia with registered mail to local buyer and registered air mail or air parcel to oversea buyer.

*Shipping rate does not including insurance cost but will provide upon request. The charge will be borned by buyer. Please refer the item description for actual shipping and insurance costs.

*All shipping charges has been carefully calculated and it comprises of packing, handling and postage charges. I never top up additional cost on the shipping charges.

*In the case of unfortunate lost package, I will not be responsible if buyer didn't insure the package. Option is on the hand of buyers to insure the package to be send to them.

*Item will ship after payment fully received. Please allow 2 business day for delivery to be arranged.

*Local shipment will approximately take 3 to 4 days to deliver and International shipment will approximately take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver and it will depend on your local post office traffic as well.

*Import duty, custom fees, tariffs etc will be borned by buyer. Please check with your local post office or Custom for further information.

*I might use recycled materials in packing to save resources.

Refunds and Exchanges

*In the case if you are not happy with the product and wish to return or exchange, I prefer you to return the item un-use, un-damage and in the same condition as I send to you within 7 days after you received the package. Refund will not be made on used, damage and un-complete items. I will only make refund after I receive and inspect the return and the return must be in good condition.

*The guarantee period for the item you purchase from this shop is valid for 2 months only. Please convo me if the item you purchase damage, spoil or ripping during this period.

*I would not make refund, exchange or replace if the damage is due to modification such as embroidery, patching, beading etc that you have made on the item. I would not responsible if the item damage, spoil, ripping after the modification that you have done on it. I also would not responsible on the modification costs incurred by you on the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

*The guarantee period on the purchase you made from this shop is valid from 2 months from the date payment received from you.

*Guarantee will be void if modication has been done on the item such as added embroidery, patching, beading, silk screening, drawing etc.
