Welcome to BridalStrandz. This is a new shop opened as an adjunct to my personal jewelry website to showcase my jewelry that is more suitable for formal occasions. Please feel free to contact me with any special requests or ideas you may have.

Payment

I accept PayPal via Etsy. Be sure to complete the transaction when checking out. I'll send you an invoice after a certain period of time.

I also accept Google Checkout. Just mark "other" as the method of payment and an invoice will be mailed to you to follow and pay.

I will now be accepting credit cards via ProPay. You would also click "other" for this payment method and wait for an invoice from Propay.

Money Orders will be accepted from US only, and items will not be shipped until they are cleared.

Shipping

Most items I will ship out 1-4 days from receiving your order. Some items may take up to 2 weeks for delivery if I have to special order pearls, crystals, wire for custom pieces.

Refunds and Exchanges

Bridal Strandz jewelry is crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected thoroughly before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, I am always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
