Welcome to GreenEyedGems! Please find out a bit more about me and my shop in my profile page!

For those of you who don't read that, however, I'd like to clarify that *yes* I am 17 years old. I manage this business on my own, but as per Etsy rules my adult guardian is ultimately responsible for all financial/legal transactions. If you have any questions please contact me.

Payment

I accept Paypal AND credit cards through Paypal (you don't have to have an account!). As soon as payment is recieved, I will ship the item within 3 business days.

Shipping

I ship items within 3 business days of recieving payment via USPS First Class. All items are shipped in bubble mailers and are gift wrapped in jewelry bags. Pieces are also packaged to protect silver from tarnishing.

Priority and Insured Shipping:
I insure (for free!) all orders over $50.
If your item is less than that, or if you would like priority shipping for any item, please contact me so that I can change the shipping rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I will accept returns for a full refund (minus all shipping costs). You must notify me of the return within 10 days of recieving the item, and ship the item within 12. Please contact me through Etsy conversations.
