Thank you for visiting my shop. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about an item or my shop policies!

Payment

I accept payment through Paypal. It's quick and easy to use and allows you to make purchases with any major credit card, even if you don't have a Paypal account.

All custom work begins once payment goes through.

All payments must be completed within 24 hours of purchase, or the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

Everything is shipped USPS, usually one week of purchase. Please understand that some orders may take a little longer, if you need something by a specific date I'll do everything I can to accommodate! Please leave your timeframe you need the item by in the 'message to seller' section during checkout. Custom orders take approximately a week to complete, but exact terms will be discussed with the customer individually depending on time required to complete the item.

I ship internationally, sometimes shipments arrive in a flash and sometimes they are slow. Unfortunately, I have no control over how long it takes to arrive, sorry.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for items that are damaged upon arrival within one week of arrival, as long as it's not due to abuse.

Sorry, no refunds. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let me know and I will work to make it right!

Additional Policies and FAQs

Quite a few people have questions about wearing a ring that has a patina. First of all, the patina is a surface treatment, a chemical reaction actually, that changes the color of the surface of the ring. Because it is just the surface that is affected, over time, the patina can and will wear. So, each of my rings that has the patina has been sealed with a waterproof sealer to preserve the finish. Please feel free to send me a convo if you have any questions or concerns!

I have begun sealing my rings that have the patina finish with a waterproof sealant to preserve the color. If you purchased one of my patinaed rings and the patina has worn off, feel free to mail it back and I'll patina and seal it for no charge (please convo me first so I know it's coming)!!!
