Hi and welcome Muggsey & Mae a Christian based company featuring vintage dishes, cookie jars, china, antique novelties and possibly designs made from vintage items. My goal for my clients and customers is 100% satisfaction with every purchase from beginning to end and in between. I welcome your comments, suggestions and requests.

Payment

I accept payment through PayPal and I will accept payment with check or money order, however your order will not ship to you until payment is received and funds have cleared the bank.
Texas residents will pay 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Muggsey & Mae ships via USPS Priority Mail. For heavier items I will use the flat rate shipping boxes. Shipping & handling will be added to the invoice at time of shipping for custom orders all other shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Insurance is optional and is not required, however, I strongly suggest insuring your order. It will be your responsibility to request insurance.
It is also your responsibility to make sure your address is correct on Etsy and PayPal to avoid shipping errors.

Refunds and Exchanges

Return Policy ~ Complete satisfaction with your order is my goal. When you receive your order, please check it carefully. Please note that all product conditions are outlined and disclosed if they have any cracks, scratches or defects and will be noted in the product description. Antiques and vintage items are rarely in perfect condition and I will strive to show all areas of imperfections in the photos and the product descriptions. If your order is damaged during the shipping process, place it back into the box or package that it was shipped in. Contact me via, convo on etsy, email or phone within 3 days and you will receive an authorization for the return. You will be given a store credit to be used for another product from any of my shops or you can request a refund if item is damaged. Credit will not be issued for any product without that return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and credit will be available once the product has arrived back to me. After the 3rd day this offer will be void.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Privacy Policy ~ Information gathered from you, for the purpose of shipping or completing your order, will never be shared with a third party or sold for distribution.
