Hello and welcome to Frazzy Dazzles. This is a little place for me to peddle my wares.

I have a love of cotton and a love of children and firing their little imaginations. A lot of the things I create have children in mind.

Jenny Goldsmith is the creator and designer of all of Frazzy Dazzles items. Everything we sell is designed and made in our home. I hope that you find something to tickle your fancy!

Payment

I accept paypal.

If payment is not made on an order within 3 days, the order will be canceled, and the item will go back up for sale.

Shipping

All items will be sent in sturdy padded envelopes or postal strength boxes. I will take every care to ensure that your item arrives to you in the same condition as it leaves me.

All purchases will be mailed via the Australian Postal Service, within 3 business days from the finalisation of the purchase.

For deliveries in Australia estimated delivery is up to five working days depending on your location.

Express Post mailing can be requested. Please email or convo for details before purchasing.

International delivery can expect delivery between 5 and 21 working days depending on your location and your country's internal mail system.

On average delivery to addresses in the US are 7 to 10 days.

For International Express delivery please email or convo before purchasing.

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email confirming your order and another email to let you know that your order has shipped together with a destination appropriate expectation of delivery time. Unfortunately package tracking is not currently available.

As I retain proof of postage for all items sent I do not take any responsibility for items that are lost after that point in the shipping process.

Refunds and Exchanges

I put in a great deal of attention to the finished items I sell. If however you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The returned item/s should be in its unused and original condition. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded. Items noted as damaged on return will not be accepted.
