Welcome

OUR GREEN PLEDGE:
-We will use earth friendly shipping, office, and art supplies whenever possible.

-We use energy saving CFL light bulbs in all our light fixtures and lamps. Our outdoor lighting is powered by the sun. We use a handmade reusable cotton coffee filter from TheScenicRoute in our coffee maker. Our business cards are printed by an eco-friendly printer, GreenerPrinter.com. They are printed on recycled card stock with soy based ink.

-Your prints will be wrapped in clean tissue and either placed inside a sturdy cardboard mailer, or sandwiched between clean recycled cardboard and placed inside a paper envelope which is recyclable. The photo mailers are made from 100% recycled fibers and contain a minimum of 35% post-consumer waste. The paper envelopes and the photo mailers are both 100% recyclable. We have opted to use tissue paper to wrap your prints in, instead of a plastic sleeve, because it is the more earth-friendly alternative. No worries, our prints and cards are printed using smudge free, water resistant inks and papers.

-We encourage you to reuse or recycle all mailing materials.

Payment

PAYPAL:
-PayPal is the preferred form of payment of Adjacent Park. Please make your payments no later than 3 days after placing your order. We will not start packing and shipping your order until we receive your payment. Your order will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address unless you specify a gift recipient address in your notes to us.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE:
-Please convo us with your name & address, gift certificate number, and the dollar amount of your gift certificate. Please state which item you wish to redeem your gift certificate on. If your gift certificate amount covers the item in full we will mail the item to you promptly.

-If you will owe money on the item:
We will invoice you through Pay Pal.

-Positive balances on your gift certificate:
Your gift certificate balance will carry forward until the redemption value reaches $0.00.

-Gift certificates, and any positive balances forward, will expire after one year.

-Gift certificates can not be redeemed for cash.

Shipping

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
-We ship using USPS First Class mail.

-Items ship within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. In most case our prints and cards are individually printed after we receive your payment. We require 24 hours drying time before we can package and ship your prints.

-Please contact us first for pricing if you need Priority or Express shipping, insurance, or mail confirmation.

SHIPPING TO USA:
-Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the shipping date before contacting us about your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
-Please allow up to 2 weeks from the shipping date before contacting us about your shipment. We are not responsible for international shipments that are held up by or confiscated by customs. The customer (you) will be responsible for any customs fees that are incurred in these cases.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
-We are not responsible for mailing losses or damages which occur after your purchase has left our hands and is placed in the care of USPS. We will accept responsibility for mailing damages or losses only if it is due to our insufficient packaging. Please contact and file a report with USPS first in regards to your lost or damaged shipments. Thank you!

Refunds and Exchanges

MISTAKES MADE BY US:
-Please report all printing, shipping errors, and product failures to Adjacent Park within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the mistake is due to our error we will happily do an exchange; we will cover return shipping charges in these instances. Please request a return shipping label within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will make the exchange or credit your account once we receive your returned items.

ART PRINTS, GREETING CARDS, & JEWELRY:
-All print, card, & jewelry sales are final. Please refer to our policy "Mistakes By Us" for printing, shipping errors, and product failures.

APPAREL:
-Wrong size? We will gladly do an exchange of apparel. Please contact us first by Etsy convo. Apparel must be returned to us in it's NEW, UNUSED CONDITION. Please include any product packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice and please write on the invoice your new size choice. You will be invoiced for any amount that is due (if any) before the exchange will be made. Once we receive the package in good condition, we will make the exchange. Please note that the original shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please make your exchange request within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

WITHIN 7 DAYS:
-Please refer to our specific merchandise policies. Please make your exchange request within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Please contact us via Etsy convo and describe your problem in detail. After you have contacted us, please return your items promptly.

AFTER 30 DAYS:
We can not accept exchange request that are made more than 30 days after your shipping date.

JEWELRY NOTICE:
-We want you and all your family to be safe. Jewelry is small and is made up of small parts that can be a choking hazard to your children or pets. Jewelry items are not a toy. Please do not give our jewelry items to children under age 7. Stay safe - Please keep all jewelry in a safe place out of the reach of your children and pets. Thank you!
