Payment

PayPal processes all payments for us. You can pay with a credit card or from your checking account using PayPal, and your financial information is kept private and secure. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through them--when you get to the PayPal payment screen, you will have the option to pay without setting up an account.

When you buy an item, the sooner you pay, the sooner I ship! If you do not pay immediately on purchase, I will usually send a reminder email. If you have not paid within 3 days of purchase, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item. If you're having a problem, please convo me or email fireliz AT firelizardstudios DOT com to let me know what's going on.

Sales Tax
Alabama residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax. Indiana residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping

Within the US, I ship using USPS Priority Mail. This allows you to track your item and get it quickly (generally 2-3 days) for a reasonable shipping cost.
Outside the US, Priority mail is really expensive, so I use First Class Mail with Certificate of Mailing. There is no way to get insurance or tracking when mailing this way; if this is a concern for you, convo me and we'll set up to ship using Priority Mail.

Buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

Please make sure the address PayPal has for you is current--that's the address I'll ship to. I ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.

I can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages, so I recommend that you add shipping insurance. Here are the rates from the U.S. Postal Service (http://www.usps.com/insurance/)

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy from me. If you are not, please contact me immediately. I accept returns of items in their original, unused condition within 15 days of delivery of your order, for any reason. If you return an item, please include a copy of the original invoice so I know who you are. Please also include a note as to why you are returning the item--I accept returns for any reason, but I like to know what went wrong so that I can improve my service. Unfortunately, I cannot refund shipping fees or pay shipping for returns. If you do decide to return an item, please send it securely--I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

I have a smoke-free home, but I do have a cat. I don't let her roll around in the yarn, but she does occasionally walk by it.
