Welcome to Soul Baby :) I strive to provide the best quality product possible combined with the best possible customer service. Feel free to convo with any questions or special requests you may have.

Payment

* I currently only accept Paypal payments.
* Payment is due in full within 24 hours of purchase.
* For any item not paid within 24 hours, the order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

Shipping

I ship USPS. Orders are shipped first class unless priority or overnight is requested. If you would like insurance, please specify.

Refunds and Exchanges

* Due to the custom nature of my business, returns will only be evaluated on a case-by-case situation and are not guaranteed.
* Any inquiry into a return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. After 7 days no return will be possible.
* Shipping costs for any return is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. Returns must be sent using a method that requires signature proof of delivery.
