All purses are guaranteed. Returns accepted within 10 days for refund or exchange, minus shipping costs

Custom orders are available if you do not see the color you are looking for. Purses can be made within 7-10 days, depending upon supplies on hand. Extra specialty items may or may not be available. Email me with any questions.
