Welcome to Ollie Rose.

We aim to provide quality boutique baby and children's wear. All Ollie Rose items are professionally overlocked and finished and come with care instructions and tags.

All items listed are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Items that are custom made usually ship in 2-3 weeks, however you will be notified of the time required once request is made.

We create for sizes newborn to 4 years.

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS: please note all prices are in USD. Please contact us for Australian pricing.

Payment

We accept Paypal for Australian and all other buyers.
Australian buyers may also wish to pay by bank deposit. Please contact us for those details.

We request that payment is made 3 days after sale. If payment is not made by this time we will contact you with a reminder. Payment not made another 4 days after this notification will result in the sale being cancelled and the stock being returned to store.

Shipping

Australia: All orders are shipped through Australia Post regular mail service. We are currently finding that it may take up to 10 working days for packages to be received by customers in the Eastern States through Australia Post as we are located in rural WA. If you would like your parcel sooner, we can offer Express postage and recommend you choose registered post. Please contact us for these costs.

We endeavour to package and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment received. If for some reason this is not possible you shall be immediately contacted.

We cannot be responsible for shipping once it has left here but will endeavour to follow any package to the best of our ability.

International:Shipping is via Regular Mail with Australia post. Please contact us if you would like to use registered(traceable mail) or express. Shipping takes 7-14 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will refund where items are found to be faulty.
Where possible we will exchange items if the sizing is incorrect. The return postage will be at your cost. We provide measurements where possible and urge you to request them if you are unsure.
