Studio62's Shop Policies
Welcome
All products are custom handcrafted one-at-a-time items that are made with careful attention to each detail. We use fabrics by popular designers such as Amy Butler, Michael Miller, Alexander Henry, and others.
Colors, patterns & textures are carefully combined to
produce gorgeous bags which are sure to bring compliments to the one who carry them.
Each bag is fully-lined & fully-interfaced (exterior, pockets, & handles) for a sturdy, durable bag that will look great for years. There are lined pockets to hold necessities, such as a cell phone, ipod, keys, etc., within easy reach.
If ribbons or accent fabrics are used - they are securely
sewn on and ribbon ends are heat-sealed to prevent fraying.
In addition to our bags, we also have several other unique boutique items- monogrammed coozies, wallets, check book covers, change purses, diapers & wipes cases, cell phone cases, sunglass cases, key chains, and an original design- The Bite & Wipe, a travel eating out set for children.
Most of our items look great embroidered. You can order our products embroidered or plain. You tell us!
Payment
We accept all credit card payments and PayPal payments.
Shipping
We ship via the USPS. All ready made items are marked ready to ship. All other items are custom and made to order. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for custom orders to be filled.
Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If the buyer would like to purchase insurance, please notify us.
Products are normally wrapped and neatly shipped in a box or padded envelope according to their size. We do combine shipping on orders of more than one item. Some items can be picked up from a retailer of Studio 62. If there is a retailer in your area, you will be notified of this option.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL PERSONALIZED (MONOGRAMMED OR EMBROIDERED) SALES ARE FINAL.
Other returns are done case by case. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, contact us through the Studio immediately. If the product does not hold up to the Studio's standards or normal wear and tear after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us. Studio 62 strives to keep their clients happy and satisfied with the products they purchase. We do not allow returns for buyers remorse.
If your Studio 62 product was purchased through a retailer, you must contact that retailer for their return policy.
