Shipping

Crochet pattern pdfs will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Ready to ship handmade items will be sent first class from the UK within 2 - 3 working days of payment having been received. Custom items will take longer. Please see item description for estimated time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Crochet patterns are non-refundable. If you experience any difficulties with the pattern, please get in touch and I will try to help.
