Payment

PayPal is my preferred paymnet, but I also accept US money orders. Prompt payment is appreciated and if there is any problem I am here to advice in any way I can, just let me know.

Shipping

I ship smaller items First Class and larger items Priority. International orders go First Class. I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or broken items in transit so please purchase insurance if this a concern to you. I will be more than happy to adjust your invoice or add the insurance seperate.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in the items I make and my customers are extremely important to me.

If by chance your regular order is greatly misrepresented or does not fit, please send it back within 7 days of receiving it and I would be more than happy to refund your purchase minus incurred postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Infant shoe sizes are approximate and it is highly recommended that you measure the childs foot because all children grow at different rates.
