Welcome

Hi, and welcome to my shop! All my items are hand knit or felted by me, and are of my own original design as well. If you see something you like, but you want it in a different size or color, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

Payment

Please pay promptly through PayPal. If you purchased more than one item, please wait for me to calculate the actual combined shipping costs, so I don't overcharge you. Then I'll send you a combined invoice.

Shipping

I will ship as soon as I receive payment. My items are not fragile, but I will enclose them in a plastic bag to weather-proof them for you, before sealing them in the envelope or box. If I can fit anything in a smaller package, I will refund the difference to you in price. I will never charge you more than actual shipping charges and box/envelope prices.

Priority mail is available, if you want it. Just let me know.
I recommend that you purchase insurance as well.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you'd like insurance on your item during shipping, please let me know and we can arrange that.

Returns: If you return an item to me in new condition, I will provide you with a full refund, minus shipping costs. I do my best to accurately describe and represent my items, and am happy to answer any additional questions to ensure you get an item you are happy with.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I'm happy to do custom orders and trades. Contact me to make arrangements. Custom orders will take at least two weeks.
