You have arrived at TristaBell Jewelry Shop. Thank you for visiting. My name is Stephanie and I LOVE making jewelry. I have tried all kinds of material to incorporate in my pieces. I use swarovski crystals and components. I also like to use alot of natural stones. Most of the metals that I use is silver plated, gold plated, non-tarnish silver and sterling silver. Along with vintage and lampwork beads.

Payment

I accept PayPal and RME. Please pay immediately and in full. Purchases will not be shipped until payment is received in full. After two reminders of non-payment the item will be re-listed.
ONLY exception will be custom orders.

For RME payments, pick other and in seller's note please put in RME payment and the email address on your RME account. Thank you:)

Shipping

I will ship worldwide. Domestic shipping is USPS priority shipping. International shipping is first class. Unless otherwise requested.

Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

INSURANCE: Please consider. I am not responsible for damages and/or lost packages.

Items will be shipped once payment has been cleared. Please make sure address is correct for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

There will be NO REFUNDS for incorrect sizing, so please always double check the measurement.

Returns are handled individually. Items may only be returned if a complaint is received within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact me if you have issues with your purchase. Buyer will pay for return shipping.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining due at the completion of item.
