Well, hello! These are my general policies. I want you to enjoy receiving my handmade items as much as I enjoy making them. I make my stuffs with love and intend on getting them to you with love! I treat others the way I would like to be treated and that's that!

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. I accept PayPal. If you do not use PayPal, please convo me and we can possibly work out another payment arrangement. When dealing with Alchemy and custom orders, the payment is due upon completion of the special request.

Shipping

I will ship your order within 3 days of purchase.

I ship via U.S.P.S. without insurance, using either Priority mail for larger packages or First Class mail for smaller padded envelopes. I will notify you when your order is shipped. Normal delivery times are 3-5 days.

International orders can at times incur a customs charge, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I also do not know normal delivery times and am not responsible for late or lost mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not give refunds nor do exchanges, as everything is one of a kind. However, if something arrives damaged, we can can cross that bridge together. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

When doing custom orders (excluding paintings), I add a $6 custom fee. So, if you see something you like in my shop, but want it custom made just for you in another style, color, size, etc...take that price and add $6. Custom paintings, however, are always priced based on what you're asking for. If you have any other questions, always feel free to convo me. Have an awesome day!
