Your satisfaction is paramount to Poetic Reflection. I use only top quality materials and every single one of my products is handmade with personal care and attention. The photo and design images on my products are my own original works and are copyright protected.

Payment

All items are listed in US currency. Residents of Ontario will be charged 8% PST & 5% GST on Paypal invoices. All other Canadian residents will be charged a 5% GST on Paypal invoices.

I only accept PAYPAL at his time. If you do not have an account with Paypal, you may use credit card to pay through Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping address : Please email or convo me your accurate address, phone number and email address for postal advise/delivery.

Items purchased will be shipped from Toronto (Markham),Canada soon after payment clearing.

Shipping discount is offered for multiple purchases which should be reflected in your Etsy shopping cart.

To U.S. by Canada Expedited Parcel : 6 to 12 business days

To Canada by Expedited Post : 5 to 7 business days

To Other countries : Please convo or email me for rates

Rush Order : Please contact me for shipping upgrade and rates.

Packaging: Recycled packaging materials will be used whenever possible and your purchased item will be packed with great care.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless there is an error on my part, we generally do not accept Returns nor Exchange. Breakage and loss in transit is an exception to the rule. Please let me know and we will make every effort to resolve this satisfactorily.
