Shipping

All items are shipped from Canada and include insurance. Most items will be shipped air and can be expected with 6-10 business days. I will ship any in stock item within 48 hours. Customs will be shipped on date set forth during the agreement on the custom item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will exchange any unwashed and unused item within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping fees on returns.



I make sure all of my items are the highest of quality. If you find a workmanship error please contact me right away. I will either fix the error or make a new one. In this case I will pay for all shipping charges.



There are no exchanges on custom orders as items will be made to your specifications. Refunds will be issued on any custom deposit as long as the item(s) have not been started. Full payment for customs is expected when the work is ready to be started.
