Payment

All international customers are responsible for paying custom charges,taxes,duties etc. Please do NOT ask me to mark a package as a gift or to reduce the amount on the customs slip as this is an offence under EU law.

Payment is through Paypal only and to be within 3 days of purchase. Please contact me ASAP if you cannot pay for an item.

Shipping

Italy, Mexico & Russia are high risk destinations.Packages will only be sent by insured mail hence the price.

I am not responsible for parcels that are lost in the post.
If you are in Italy I would strongly recommend you take the signed for option due to the high rate of missing packages-if you chose not to add this option then I cannot refund you if your parcel goes missing.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this moment in time I cannot give refunds unless the item was damaged in transportation. If this is the case the buyer is to return the item to me and will pay the return postage costs themselves. I will decide whether a refund or new item is appropriate.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I try to use recycled packaging materials where I can in order to keep costs down. If you don't want an item sent in a recycled envelope or with recycled tissue paper etc please leave a note at checkout or convo me asap.

I mail everyday (except Sundays and Mondays which is my University day) but please be aware that parcels to the USA,Canada and Australia can take between 14 and 28 working days to arrive and longer if they are held up in customs.
Postage to European destinations can take up to 28 working days and longer if they are held by customs.

Once posted I take no responsibility for lost packages.
