Welcome

I want all the people giving my creations new homes to be happy with their item and the transaction. I'm happy to send you additional photos or answer any questions while you're shopping. I try to list the truest-to-color photos in sunlight that I can, but your monitor may vary.

I love making jewelry, but I just can't excuse keeping all my creations. This etsy store also contains pieces in colors that I love but my complexion does not. So thank you for looking at these pieces and helping me excuse my supply expenses!


If you are ordering a necklace, check the listing for length information. To allow best-fit of some styles, I have not placed clasps on all of them yet. If the listing mentions a range of lengths and says "the clasp can be placed to permit" a maximum or minimum length, please tell me how long you'd like this necklace to be in the comment section or ask me about the length through Etsy.

Several of my pieces are steampunk or neo-Victorian, but I play with many moods and styles. If you like something but not in a certain color, please message me and we can work out something in the custom/Alchemy section.

Payment

I accept Paypal. Contact me if you are interested in a specific item and Paypal is not possible. Payment must be received within 24 hours (Paypal is generally next-to-immediate, so I do not anticipate this being problematic).

California residents, I must sadly inform you that sales tax applies.

If you cancel an order, the shipping charge (if I already packaged the item to ship) and 15% of the item's price will NOT be returned as a restocking fee.

Shipping

All orders whose payment is received before 5pm Pacific time will be completed (if necessary) and driven to the Post Office the next business day. I will ship using USPS's appropriate insurance and delivery confirmation. If you want the item shipped via a different method, please contact me before purchasing. Expect holiday delays typical to the US Postal Service in mid and late December.

I will happily "gift ship" to a different address without an enclosed receipt, but I will still use USPS's insurance and delivery confirmation options. Please let the recipient know that they should keep an eye out for a small package or a "please pick up" note from their postal worker.

If you're local to Fremont/Newark, California, message me before purchasing to arrange pickup. Payment in cash in smaller than $20 bills works for me if Paypal does not work for you, and all relevant taxes still apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds for store credit or exchanges will ONLY be made if the description of the item was materially and substantially in error. I may choose to be more accomodating (or not) at my discretion based on the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you want a set of coordinating earrings/bracelet/pin to go with an item, please contact me before purchasing the main item so I can ensure matching materials are still available, what the design and pricing would be, etc.
