'm a journalist living in sunny Albuquerque, N.M., who loves textiles and fibers.
I am married to a wonderful man and have two cats that I treat like humans.

I have a very fun accessories shop called Burst of Happiness at www.burstofhappiness.etsy.com.

Disclaimer: I work from my home, and I do have cats. Just two sweet ones, who mean no harm.
My home IS smoke-free, though.

Payment

I'm really just taking PayPal right now. If for some reason you won't use PayPal, please convo me and we'll figure out another way. I also have a ProPay account and could take your credit card another way. I may be letting my ProPay account expire in August of 2008 since I never use it. If you really want to buy something and use a money order or something, please contact me and we'll figure something out.

Shipping

Within the U.S.: First Class Mail. Feel free to pay more for Priority Mail. Just convo me for a new invoice before paying.

Internationally: I use First Class International mail, so items will be shipped in padded envelopes.

Refunds and Exchanges

I'm just an itty-bitty business, so returns are hard on me. Please think your purchase over before buying.

I only do refunds if the item is defective. I pride myself on quality and honest descriptions, so I don't see this as an issue. Naturally, if you feel there is an issue with the quality of an item, I am happy to take it back or exchange it. Please contact me within a week of purchase to discuss. I cannot pay for shipping for returns.

Otherwise, I prefer to do exchanges only. For instance, if you've changed your mind and want something else, as long as you contact me immediately and pay all shipping costs, that's fine with me. (Please, only unused items!)

I'm not particularly rigid, but I just think it's good to have some shop guidelines! I'll always work with you, if you're not a meanie.
