Hi, and welcome to my Linda Walsh Originals Dolls - Handmade Dolls, E-Patterns & Crafts Etsy shoppe.

My name is Linda Walsh and I am a doll maker and doll pattern designer. I have loved dolls for as long as I can remember and never seemed to outgrow them. So, I decided that I should spend my time creating them and then designing e-patterns so you could create them.

My dolls & crafts are all handmade by me and usually there is only one or two at the most as I like variety. In fact, I like to make every conceivable type of doll there is. It will take me a lifetime to do this, but it's a goal I'd like to achieve.

Shipping & handling rates shown for my Etsy shop handmade dolls & crafts are for the continental United States only. Additional charges apply to shipping to Canada and all other international orders. Please contact me for my international shipping & handling rates. I'd be happy to calculate the exact charge for your international location.

All orders are shipped within 3 days of payment being received via PayPal. We ship through the U.S. Postal Service USPS or UPS within the Continental US, so please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.

There are no shipping and handling charges for my e-patterns and they will be sent to you as a .PDF attachment to an email, hopefully, within 24 hours of PayPal notifying us of your payment. My e-patterns are complete patterns sent to you over the internet as a .PDF (portable document format) file which can be downloaded and saved directly to your computer. To view and print our E-Patterns you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher. If you don’t have it - don’t worry. It’s a FREE download from Adobe.com .

Refunds and Exchanges

E-Patterns: Due to the nature of e-patterns and e-products there are no refunds or exchanges.

Handmade Dolls: Please select your purchases carefully. For most items we have only made one of them.

We make every effort to provide quality handmade items and encourage our customers to Email us with questions before making a purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please Email me immediately.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 10 days after receiving your order to return your purchase. It must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. Original shipping charges are refundable, but the buyer must pay the shipping costs for the returned items. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item plus the original shipping cost.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Please note that all of the handmade dolls & crafts sold on our Linda Walsh Originals Dolls website are intended as home decorations for use by grown-up girls only. They are not children's products and not intended for use by children 12 and under.
