Welcome

Pouch slings are especially important to size correctly so if you need a special size not offered or want to make sure that your sling fits YOU let me know and we can work together to make something special to meet your needs. Find your size by measuring from the top of your shoulder to the opposite hip bone in inches. Small- 23 in, Med- 25in, Large- 27 in, XLarge- 29in. Please take into account the size of your baby and add an extra inch if they are much larger than average at your discretion.

Slings are to be used for personal or gifting purposes ONLY. DO NOT BUY WITH THE INTENTION OF RE-SALE UNLESS GIVEN PERMISSION BEFORE PURCHASE.

Payment

Please make all payments during check out if possible. If items have been purchased but not paid for the sale will be cancelled after 1 week unless buyer has indicated that they have sent payment by mail.

Shipping

Options:
Minimal shipping fees are added to purchases upon checkout to cover postage costs. Products are packaged using recycled materials to save you money on shipping expense as well as maintaining the goal of being an environmentally friendly business. If you would prefer store-bought packaging charges will be added to your order accordingly. I ship by USPS but am willing to ship FedEx and UPS if buyer indicates that preference. I also offer optional insurance for 5% of cost of item or $1 if the insurance amount would be less than a dollar.

International:
I ship to everywhere!! International shipping is not a problem!

Shipping Out & Holiday Season:
Shipping is generally done the same or next day after payment for items in-stock. Custom orders are shipped within 10 days. For the holiday season please make all custom orders no later than December 10th if you would like to have items by Christmas.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:
Refunds are available for items meeting criteria acceptable for exchange (new, undamaged, not worn excessively, unwashed, not altered in any way, and not exposed to smoke or toxins) for as long as the item is sold at Merriwood’s Designs. Refunds will be made after item has been returned in new condition. Shipping fees will not be refunded. All sales are final on clearance items.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted if items are not on clearance sale and are in new condition meaning: not damaged in any way and have not been worn multiple times, washed, altered, exposed to smoke or other toxins that may harm babies. Items must be in a condition suitable for re-sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping but the new item will be sent to you free of charge. If items are sent back damaged or in conditions unsuitable for resale, item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
