Payment

Moxie and Mojo currently only accepts payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. Credit and Debit Card payments can be sent through PayPal. Bear in mind that e-checks via PayPal can take up to and over a week to clear; we can not ship your order until funds have cleared. Thank you for understanding.

If no payment or notice of pending payment has been received from PayPal within three calender days, the transaction will be canceled.

Orders shipped to an address in Florida, U.S.A. will be charged the appropriate sales tax of 6%.

Shipping

Due to the unique and hand-made nature of our products - each order is hand-made from scratch - please allow three business days for your order to be created. After the order is complete, and payment has been physically received and cleared, your order be shipped and we will e-mail you with your tracking number. We currently ship out orders on Mondays and Thursdays.

Domestic U.S. orders will ship via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation except in cases where the package weight mandates USPS Priority. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class International. If you'd like to use another shipping service, please contact us before making your purchase as we'd be happy to oblige.

PLEASE: Make sure that your address on PayPal is the address to which you want your item shipped. If you need the item to be sent to an alternate address than that of your PayPal address, such as if the item is a gift, please email us immediately after you make your purchase

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any problems with your order, please email us directly as soon as possible. We will always work with our customers to ensure they are 100% delighted.

Due to the personal nature of many of our products, even in the case of allergic reaction, perfumes and bath bombs can not be returned. Refunds or exchanges will be worked out on a case-by-case basis. As the shipping process is not always the daintiest, even the most well-cushioned bath bombs may crumble or split. They are still 100% usable, so bath bombs can not be refunded for unattractiveness or crumbling.

However, in the extremely unlikely event that your perfume bottle breaks during shipment, or products arrive in an unusable state, we will gladly replace them at no cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Our products have never and will never be tested on animals. You should, however test them on yourself; please conduct a 48-hour allergy patch test and/or use only a small amount of the bath bomb for your first indulgence.

Our products are not specifically recommended for pregnant ladies; please use your best judgment and the advice of your physician.

While we do our best to research all possible effects of the high-quality natural ingredients in many of our products, we can not guarantee against adverse reaction. Nor can we state that any of our products has the power to cure an illness or disorder.

As always, keep perfume products out of eyes, mouths, mucous membranes, and other sensitive areas. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Use caution when entering and exiting a tub where you have used a bath bomb, as it may be slick. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Do not leave burning incense unattended and be sure to burn it only in a well-ventilated area. Make sure it is not in the range of flammable materials, and that you burn it in a dish or holder specially made for burning incense.
