If you have any questions or special requests, please send me a conversation before making payment and I will be happy to try to accomodate your wish.

Payment

At this time I can only accept Paypal or Cashiers Check and only US shipping. This shipping stipulation may change in the near future. Meanwhile, please send me a converstaion with special requests, I will consider each one individually.

Shipping

All purchases will be shipped out within 2 business days of payment clearance, unless otherwise arranged for special order or I'm backlogged--in either scenario--clear and consise conversation would be respectfully exchanged beforehand.

University of Michigan employees and Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti customers, local delivery can be considered. So send me a conversation with any questions and we can discuss what arrangements can be made.

Refunds and Exchanges

Although my pictures are not done professionally, I accurately represent each item through written discription as well as displaying a variety of photographic angles. And I welcome any questions you may have. Please feel free to send me a convrsation if you would like more detail about anything. I would be happy to send more photo's, perhaps a different angle or natural lighting, etc.

I'm fairly new at this and am learning as I go along. But you, the customer, are very important to me, so please don't hesitate to ask me anything! Thanks =)

In the event that you're not happy with any item you purchase, you may return it within one week, in it's original condition, and I will refund the purchase price, less S&H fee.
