Welcome to Lindsey Marcella Jewel! Here you will find an array of jewelry for any occassion. I have been creating jewelry for over 10 years, so feel confident that anything you purchase here will be outstanding quality.

Payment

I accept paypal for all purchases. If you require a different form of payment, please message me and I'll be glad to work with you. If I haven't received payment within 3 days of the purchase date and we haven't made alternate arrangements, your order will be cancelled and Etsy will be notified.

Shipping

Currently, all jewelry items ship within the USA free of charge to you!
Once your payment has cleared, I will ship your order within 2 business days. When possible I ship USPS first class mail. On heavy/fragile/costly items I will ship USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your order sooner, please message me and I will give you a quote. I will then send you a seperate paypal invoice for the upgraded shipping costs.
I love to ship internationally! If you see an item that doesn't already have a price for your country, message me and I will add it. Please keep in mind that international shipping costs can sometimes be very high. I will ship USPS first class when possible.

Your jewelry will come packaged in either a lovely tan gift box or a deep brown satin pouch, depending on the item. I will choose the best packaging, but if you sincerely have a preference please let me know!

Is your item a gift? I can ship your order directly to the recipient for your convenience! Simple let me know in the message to seller when you check out. I will wrap your purchase and include a note as well!

Refunds and Exchanges

Once an item ships, I unfortunately cannot be held responsible for it. That being said, I do pack all items very soundly. If you have received an item that you believe was damaged in transit please let me know.
If you have received your order but would like to return it because you've changed your mind, I'll be happy to work with you. I will need to be notified of a pending return within 14 days of your original purchase date. I will be unable to refund for your original shipping costs or your return shipping costs, but once the returned item is received I will refund the entire purchase price. Please note - all returns must be received by me in exactly the same condition I shipped them in.

I take great pride in my work, and guarantee everything I send out to be top quality. I love doing custom orders, so if you have an idea of something you'd like let me know. I've made everything from custom bags to wedding jewelry. I also accept wholesale orders, so if you're a shop and you're interested in my work, please let me know and I'll provide you with detailed information.
