Please read my policies before making your purchase and feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thanks for shopping with me!

Payment

I prefer immediate payment via Paypal but also accept checks, and money orders. I do my best to ship within 2-3 days of receiving payment. If you are having trouble with paypal or prefer to phone in a credit card payment, please call me at 612.598.2248.

If I receive a notice of an item sold with no payment attached, I will contact you via email and conversations here on Etsy. If I do not receive a response within 1 week I will cancel the transaction and relist the item.

Shipping

Continental US: I figure my shipping costs based on actual weight. I generally ship smaller/lighter items like ornaments via USPS first-class parcel. Most other orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or UPS ground. I choose shipment method based on cost and efficiency. I include the cost of insurance in the shipping costs for items over $100. If you would like to upgrade shipping to receive an item faster, please let me know and I'll figure out the additional cost and send you a revised invoice.

Canada/International: Convo me and I can give you a shipping estimate on any item. I usually ship via USPS Priority Mail International.

I ship to the address that you type in here on Etsy. Please let me know if I need to ship something to a different address. If you are buying a gift and having it shipped directly to the recipient, let me know and I can enclose a card with your message.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pack everything really, really well. However, if something does break in transit, I will replace it or refund your money.

And, since I want happy customers, if you are not happy with your purchase or it wasn't what you expected, just send it back and I will refund your purchase, minus shipping expenses. Please contact me first so that I know when it is coming.
