Welcome

Custom orders are ALWAYS welcome! I love making an idea someone dreams up into an item they love. I specialize in children's clothing. I am also a quilter and seamstress and I have an AMAZING sewing machine that does just about everything, but clean my house!! I can custom embroider almost any character or design, and I have several nice fonts for personalization as well.

Please let me know if you're in a time crunch before ordering, so I can let you know if I'll be able to meet your deadline. Most custom orders take about 7-10 days to complete...sometimes longer and usually shorter.

Payment

Due the to nature of one of kind custom orders, I will only begin work on your item once payment has been made in full. I do not accept cancelations once you have completed the payment transaction through Etsy and PayPal. In most cases, I begin working on your item the day I recieve payment.

Shipping

If you wish to purchase shipping insuranace just let me know. Please do not pay until I have adjusted your invoice for insurance.

Shipping costs include Priority Shipping with delivery confirmation. If you'd like your tracking number, please email me and I'll be happy to email it to you once your item has shipped. I do my very best to charge only actual shipping costs. If I overcharge you over $1.00 more than actual shipping was, I will refund the overage.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom orders, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have taken the proper measurements to insure you have bought the correct size. I am very careful about listing sizes of all my items in the listing's description.

If you have bought a ready-made item and have not personalized, laundered, or altered the item in any fashion, I will accept a return. A refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded to your PayPal account once I have received the returned item. I do not accept returns after 30 days from purchase date of a non-personalized item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

TheSewingChic FAM Bucks Policy:
I accept up to $10 in FAM Bucks each calendar month. Please contact me with your FAM Bucks Code at the time of purchase. Once the code has been verified, I will send you a revised invoice for your purchase. All FAM Bucks purchases are final sales. Exchanges may be possible on non-personalized items. Shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibility.

FAM Bucks are not legal tender and have no cash value. FAM reserves the right to revoke FAM Bucks or terminate this promotion and FAM Bucks at any time without advanced notice. FAM Bucks are non-transferable and non-replaceable. Each FAM Bucks code may only be used one time.

All Fam Bucks will expire for my shop on Novmeber 10th, 2008.
